 What To ExpectOn arrival you will be greeted by the professional team and staff from You Be Aware. They share a common goal; to treat you with the respect that you deserve, and to really understand what you may be going through. We understand that bad things can happen to good people, and you will find many people in the same situation at the workshop you attend. Whether you are in foreclosure procedures, concerned about protecting your reputation, or battling credit issues you will find supportive people and potential answers for your problem.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to get registered, find your seat location, and be briefed about the presentation. We will start the workshop promptly at the scheduled time. We encourage business casual clothing, and remember that you are free to bring additional guests with you. We do not allow any recording device or photographs to be taken during the workshop.
The workshop will be broken down into two parts. The first segment will be about the wide range of services the company offers and how we, as consumers, have found ourselves in the position we are in today. We will also explain how You Be Aware began and how and why we became a consumer group educating other members about things like insurance issues, credit card problems, discount benefit packages and much more. We will include what is happening today with predatory lending and the housing crisis.
The presenters at the workshop have many years of experience in their respective industries. At a typical workshop there are people on hand that have gone through what you are going through who can provide a personal insight about the issues and remedies our programs offer. By the time the workshop is over you will have a thorough understanding of how Power In Numbers can benefit everyone. You will better appreciate the savings and the benefits you have by becoming a member of You Be Aware. The worry and financial pressure you may have been under can also diminish just through education.
We will take a break where you will have the opportunity to sit and talk to other members who are in the same situation as you. The YBA team and their associates will sit and spend time with you to answer the questions you have about our membership program. After the break we will discuss your rights and options and how to best exercise them.
The second part of the workshop will cover how the banks and mortgage companies have taken advantage of consumers and in so doing often failed to comply with federal consumer protection laws which could invalidate a mortgage in some cases. Banks have been able to get away with treating borrowers in this way for too long but you have rights and many consumers are fighting back. We guarantee that the information we share with you concerning what the banks and mortgage lenders have been doing to borrowers will surprise and amaze you.<
During the workshop presentation you will be provided with a wealth of information about how to preserve or improve your personal or business reputation, how you can clean up your own credit and many other important issues.
