What is a workshop? Wikapedia says, a workshop is a brief intensive course, a seminar or a series of meetings emphasizing interaction and exchange of information among a group of participants.

As a You Be Aware member you will have the opportunity to be part of one of the many 3-4 hour, hands on, workshops which will be conducted in your area. We hold them in four different locations across the Sate of Florida each month. We move from south to north Florida enabling all of our members the chance to attend without traveling too far. While you are there, you will have the time to get all your questions answered and meet our team who are committed to helping you get though this economic ordeal.

The focus of the workshop is your Home Mortgage. Whether you are in Foreclosure or Upside Down in your home, we spend time on all of the services that You Be Aware offers. When you leave you will truly understand why the "Power In Numbers" works. Our workshops are designed to provide our members with the education they need to deal with home foreclosure filings and in most cases stop the foreclosure process dead in it’s tracks.

When you attend the workshop, an attorney will show you how to review your mortgage documents so you and he will have a better understanding of your options based on your personal situation. For example, do you know if you even have a legally binding contract? It might surprise you to know that thousands of home owners have major discrepancies in their mortgage documents. Such discrepancies could void your contract with the lender. This could result in a variety of legal remedies being available to you. You will find out all this and much more at this hands-on workshop. If you tried to do this on your own it would cost you thousands of dollar in attorney fees, but with us, it's the "Power In Numbers" that makes it affordable.
