"The judge accepted the defense that was filed and denied the lenders the right to foreclose. Although our fight is not yet over we are in a better situation than we were and have real reason to be hopeful of the future. We received our court summons in January 2009 and in July the judge denied the lender's request for foreclosure. We are still in our home and the legal process is likely to take some months yet to resolve which gives us time to get back on our feet. For us, joining YBA was the best thing we ever did!"

Being a single lady in her 60's and taking care of my mother, you have no idea how happy we are to stay in our Home. The most amazing part of your program is I finally had somebody who can explain my problems in known language, not like those banks.

It is absolutely amazing the results you and your employees have done for me and my family, I was not convinced at the beginning that we truly would benefit from becoming a member. But now after using many of the services that you offer I only have one thing to say, SORRY for doubting the Power in Numbers at the beginning. With all of the services that you offer how can anybody not want to become a member, the warning system has already helped us several times in the last few years and now with the benefit package, the credit cleanup and free stuff is just wonderful.
I keep telling my work colleagues and friends to become members and now that each of the new members that sign up can attend the seminar it's great. When I filed a damage claim with my insurance company it was the first time I had ever filed a claim. Needless to say I had no idea what to expect or what to do. As a member of You Be Aware I followed the advice listed on the Insurance Issues section of the web site.
